The Haulier Program is designed for freight forwarders and hauliers handling 20+ customs declarations monthly. This is the minimum entry point for a dedicated Account Manager and retainer pricing. Lower volumes can be handled on a per-declaration basis.

Can I keep my brand visible to the end client?

Yes, that's the essence of white-label. Documents, correspondence and status communications all carry your brand. Your client knows you have your own customs clearance process. We work behind the scenes on your behalf.

What SLA do you guarantee for the program?

We guarantee 2-hour SLA for ENS/SSD from receipt of complete data. For other customs declarations (import, export, transit) SLA is 4-6 hours. Urgent matters have a dedicated escalation track to your Account Manager.

Do you integrate with our TMS?

We offer API integrations with leading TMS systems (Transboard, Cargowise, Descartes, 1Cargo, and others) as part of the program. During onboarding we review your system and propose the optimal integration.

What does the pricing model look like?

The model combines a retainer of £500-1500 monthly plus per-declaration fees. Specific packages are priced individually after analysis of your volume, trade routes and SLA requirements. We invite you to discuss with your Account Manager.
