Warsaw is the headquarters of many leading Polish cosmetics brands (Eveline, Delia, Bell). Exporting cosmetics to the UK after Brexit is governed by the UK Cosmetics Regulation (EC 1223/2009 UK-retained) — it requires a Responsible Person (RP) registered in the UK and notification in the UK SCPN (Safety Cosmetics Notified Products) system instead of the EU CPNP. UK labelling requirements: English-language labels with INCI ingredient list, best-before date, and a UK RP address.
HS code: 3303–3307 (perfumes, cosmetics). Duty rate: typically 6.5% for cosmetics without preference, or 0% under the TCA for EU-origin goods. Easy Clearance services: export clearance for cosmetics, UK RP documentation (advisory only — we do not provide the RP itself, as that is a separate service), ENS.
Prices: clearance from £45 to £120. FAQ: what is a UK Responsible Person, how to export cosmetics to the UK.
