When you ship goods from Poland to a customer or warehouse in Germany, we handle clearance on the German side. You ship, we handle ATLAS and EORI DE.
Consult NowWe help exporters from Poland and the UK handle clearances to Germany with full support: EORI DE registration, Zollanmeldung filing in ATLAS, VAT settlement and forwarding across Europe. We coordinate your German partner — documents and procedures without your direct involvement.
Typically: £55-75 per SAD DE + Zollanmeldung handling.
Final pricing depends on product analysis, Incoterms, certification requirements (e.g. CE, FITO) and additional procedures.
Full German import clearance service requires a German partner to handle ATLAS and communication with customs authorities. We coordinate this — documents, procedures, tracking — without your direct involvement in the German system.

German import requires EORI DE (German EORI number). Polish EORI is not sufficient for customs clearance in ATLAS. If you don't have EORI DE, we can help you register with the German customs authorities (Zollamt). The process typically takes 2-4 weeks.
Zollanmeldung (German customs declaration) is the import declaration filed in the ATLAS system for goods entering Germany from the UK, Poland or third countries. It is filed immediately upon arrival of goods at a German port or border crossing. Required documents: SAD DE (declaration), invoices, waybills and certificates (if applicable).
German import VAT must be settled when goods are declared in ATLAS. The VAT rate is 19% or 7% (food products, books). VAT can be claimed in your monthly VAT declaration if you are eligible. We handle the calculation and documentation; final settlement with the tax authorities is your responsibility or that of your tax advisor.
Yes. ATLAS is the German system for managing customs clearances. We work with authorized German customs agents who file Zollanmeldung and communicate with ATLAS on your behalf. You receive copies of all documents; you do not need direct access to ATLAS.
Clearance in Poland uses the CEL.PL system with Polish EORI. Clearance in Germany uses ATLAS with EORI DE. Differences: different documents, different customs authorities, different VAT procedure. Germany requires partnership with a local customs agent for ATLAS handling; Poland requires less external procedure. We coordinate both.
Yes. After clearance in Germany, goods can be transported to other EU countries without additional customs procedures (intra-EU movement). Germany can be a distribution hub to Poland, Austria, France and others. This is efficient for importers with a large sales area across Europe.
